Benguet Governor Melchor Diclas performs the Tayao during the Cañao healing rituals as part of the 121st Benguet Founding Anniversary through Adivay at the Benguet Sports Complex Grounds in Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet on Tuesday, November 23, 2021.
Instead of the traditional grand Cañao, the provincial government conducted a healing ritual for the province and the people of Benguet amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
