The Cordillera Regional DRRM Council chaired by OCD – Cordillera Regional Director Andrew Alex Uy convened an Emergency Response Preparedness meeting Friday morning in preparation for the PAGASA forecast of moderate to heavy rains over the weekend due to the Severe Tropical Storm Gorio enhanced Southwest Monsoon that may cause flashfloods and landslides to high risk areas.
