Race on a 7.2-kilometer downhill race a main event during Banaue’s foundation day activities. Foundation Day Festivities in Banaue, Ifugao highlighted by the wooden scooter race events a 7.2 kilometers downhill race by the Ayangan and Tuwali tribal groups of Ifugao Province in their handcrafted wooden scooter. Around 20 wooden scooter racers clad in their colorful traditional regalia race down without safety gears clocking around 40kms an hour.
