Baguio City mayor Mauricio Domogan leads the recognition rites on Monday, appreciating three young ladies for their courage to instigate the recent rescue of an elementary school pupil from the hands of her mentor abuser, with city officials and OIC Director Allen Rae Co of the Baguio City Police Office.
They may appear diminutive and unassuming but these ladies, JM Madinno, May-an Calyaen and Jenelyn Bahyon are packed with enormous courage, willpower and concern for others truly inspiring and worth emulating.
