This year, the Ibagiw Creative Festival invites you to experience a transformative vision for Baguio as a UNESCO Creative City. With the Theme: “ Inquisitive, Disruptive, Creative” festival encourages a new generation of creatives to explore and innovate, blending the power of technology with the preservation of our rich cultural heritage. A key focus this year is inspiring the next generation by including children in the festival, nurturing their curiosity and creativity. By fostering inquisitiveness, promoting innovative thinking, and celebrating artistic expression, Ibagiw aims to ensure that Baguio’s traditions evolve harmoniously with modern trends.

Festival Highlights: * Opening Program: November 8, 2024, at the Baguio Convention & Cultural Center. * World Ikat Textiles Symposium (WITS): December 3- 6, 2024, at the Baguio Convention & Cultural Center.Celebrate Baguio’s distinction as a UNESCO Creative City of Crafts and Folk Art with four days of symposiums, exhibitions, an artisan bazaar, weave exchanges, and ikat-weaving workshops.
