Wangal Community Cooperative represented by BOD Chairman Denver Eslao and Mayor Salda inked a MOA on the implementation of the rice retailing livelihood program provided by the La Trinidad (LGU) Punong Barangay Faustino Castro, VM Awingan and Councilor Lee witnessed the signing and turn-over ceremonies of the 45 half cavans of rice.
