La Union Gov. Francisco Emmanuel R. Ortega III personally congratulates the barangay captains in Bagulin, La Union for maintaining safe and order in their respective barangays. As a result of the intensive campaign against illegal drugs, Bagulin was declared as a Drug Free and Drug Unaffected Municipality on Monday, July 17, 2017 at the Bagulin Municipal, Covered Court.
