Isabela State University VP Dies Of Covid19

BAGUIO CITY (April 21, 2021) – Isabela State University Vice President Dr. Juanito Rosini died of Covid19 complications after he got no early professional medical treatment at any hospital in the Cagayan Valley region.
According to ISU President Ricmar Aquino, the state university’s official was not admitted at any hospital because they were already full.
The University president placed the ISU Echague campus and all its campuses in the province starting March 31 until April 15 after some of the school’s employees tested positive of Covid19.  Three of these employees also had died.
Aquino also extended the lockdown on all ISU campuses until April 30.
Rosini, who had been with the ISU for 40 years, was tested on the last week of March and turned Covid19 positive.
With hospitals already full of patients,  Rosini reportedly opted to go on home quarantine but his situation worsened,  ISU Pres. Aquino said.
A private hospital in Santiago City, Isabela managed to let Rosini be confined from his worsening condition but eventually died Wednesday.
Rosino was ISU Vice President for Planning/MIS, Internal and External Affairs and Resource Generation and Management,  according to the ISU, which lamented that his passing, “is truly a great loss of an industrious colleague, a loving friend, and an attentive father to all- but you will always be remembered and treasured, Dr. Rosini!
Rosino was immediately cremated.
