To ensure the abundant supply of quality water in irrigation systems beneficial to farmlands, National Irrigation Administration-Cordillera (NIA-CAR) Regional Manager, Engr. Benito Espique, Jr. (seated extreme right), sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Municipal Government of La Trinidad’s forest management program together with Mayor Romeo Salda. Vice Mayor Roderick Awingan and Hon. Tyronne Diaz witness the activity held on Sept 15 (2021) at the town’s hall.
