Raphaelle Veronica “Rafy” Ortega-David, La Union Provincial Tourism Officer Arthur S. Cortez, Jr., delivered a message and urged everyone to remember their role as agents in promoting tourism.

He stressed the importance of involving academia in tourism related events and encouraged green tourism investments.
