The Office of the Civil Defense Cordillera reported that the landslide along Benguet- Nueva Vizcaya Road in Tocmo, Loacan, Itogon, Benguet has been cleared one-lane passable through the efforts of the Benguet 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Itogon MDRRMC, Loacan Barangay Responders, DPWH-CAR and volunteers as of 08:56 AM.
Despite this development, the Cordillera RDRRMC advises all travelers, concerned LDRRMCs and the general public to take all necessary measures to protect life and property.
Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials.
