One of the greatest Cordilleran voice and a legendary Igorot Joel Tingbaoen Sr., who had prolific career, passed away at the age of 73. He had a collection of unforgettable hit music and influenced the music of many Cordilleran generations. He is survived by his wife, Benguet Vice Gov. Florence B. Tingbaoen and their four children, Hazel, Michelle, Rachel, and Joel Jr. ABN/CARLOS C. MENESES
