Provincial Administrator Dr. Geoffrey Tilan imparts the message of La Union Governor Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III to the participants of the Lingayen Marine Key Biodiversity Summit on April 19, 2017 at Hotel Ariana, Bauang, La Union. In his message, he emphasized the importance of a healthy ecosystem in the realization of the vision of the province to be the heart of agri-tourism in Northern Luzon by 2025.
