Mahigit 3K fuel subsidy cards naipamahagi sa Cordillera

Nakapamahagi na ang Department of Transportation (DOTr) at ang Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ng mahigit 3,000 “Pantawid Pasada” fuel cards sa mga operator ng public utility jeepneys (PUJs) sa rehiyon ng Cordillera, ayon sa isang opisyal.
Sinabi ni LTFRB hearing officer Atty. Jessie Balagot na nasa 3,310 fuel cards ang naipamahagi mula nang umpisahang i-release ang mga card noong Setyembre ng nakaraang taon.
Gamit ang card, ang isang benipisaryo ay maaaring bumili ng gasolina sa gas stations ng Caltex, Petron, Phoenix, Shell, Total at Unioil.
“We are extending the distribution of the fuel cards. There will be no time frame for this. We would like to assure the operators that we will give them enough time to claim their cards,” ani Balagot na
binigyang-pansin na 1,648 fuel cards ang hindi pa kinukuha.
Sinabi niya na nananawagan sila sa PUJ operators na kunin na ang
kanilang subsidy para sa taong 2018.
“What we are doing right now is calling them one by one to check whether they have already claimed their cards or not. We are still waiting for Landbank to submit their records to double check the numbers of cards that they have distributed and the recipients’ record,” aniya.
Sa talaan ng LTFRB ay makikita na may 4,958 “Pantawid Pasada”
beneficiaries sa Cordillera.
Bawat card ay naglalaman ng P5,000 halaga ng government subsidy para sa pagbili ng gasolina ng mga PUJ operators para sa taong 2018.
