Marijuana Seedlings Torched In Benguet

La Trinidad, Benguet (June 8, 2021)— Kibungan town policemen joined by Benguet provincial police operatives torched down marijuana seedlings in sitio Buduan, Poblacion, Monday afternoon.

The operation was a follow-up of the successive illegal drug eradications in Kibungan last week where more than P47M worth of marijuana also went ablaze.

At least 210 marijuana seedlings at a plantation site were torched never to grow up again and reach the drug market,  said Benguet police director Col. Reynaldo Pasiwen.
