To ensure food security and step up nutrition program, two irrigators associations in Apayao recently signed an agreement with food and grain traders. Engr. Samuel Bahiwag, Apayao IMO Manager, witnessed the activity. While, Engr. Ronilio Cervantes, division manager for Engineering and Operations of NIA-CAR, conducts site inspection of the ongoing repair of the canal portion of the Abra River Irrigation System.
