Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan with the Liga ng mga Barangay Manila chapter Elected members during the Pederalismo Patungo sa Tunay na Pagbabago at the Crown Legacy Hotel. The event is “an orientation on federalism and integrating barangay disaster preparedness and management-a vehicle towards good barangay governance” which will run until June 15 with the participation of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) task team on federalism.
