Mga miyembro ng Pag-IBIG Fund, dapat kumuha ng ID

Kasalukuyang binabago ng Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) o Pag-IBIG Fund Member Services Branch ang sistema nito upang masiguro ang kawastuhan sa pagtatala ng transaksiyon ng mga miyembro at mapabilis ang proseso ng loan applications at provident benefit claims.
Sinabi ni Lilian D. Nievera, Supervising Loans and Credit Officer ng Pag-IBIG Baguio Member Services Branch na ang short term loan and provident fund management systems na hinihingi ang Membership ID (MID) number ay isang ID-based records-keeping at capturing system, na isang enhanced system sa updating at maintenance ng Pag-IBIG members’ contribution records.
“Effective April 2017, all applications for MPL/Calamity/Claims, and Membership contributions/STL and housing loan payments shall already require the members’ MID,” ani Nievera. Pinayuhan din niya ang lahat ng mga miyembro na kunin ang kanilang Pag-IBIG MID sa Branch’s Registration Desk (Counter 7) o magrehistro online at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph.
“During the transition period of the system from March 30 to April 19, 2017, processing of MPL/calamity loans and claims will be temporarily stopped. Processing will resume on April 20, 2017,” dagdag pa ni Nievera.
Nagbabala rin siya na maaaring magkaroon ng temporary slowdown sa proseso ng loan applications (MPL at calamity loans) at claims applications hanggang Hulyo 2017.
Ang upgrading ay mahalaga tungo sa mas mabuting serbisyo sa mga miyembro. ABN
