Miscommunication
A lot of good organization, company, family and group sometimes fail to understand their fellow associate that leads to miscommunication. The Wrong Choice of Word: Using a Word base on what you have read and applying is good.
However, not reading the whole is a bad idea for when you miss a single sentence on that article then surely you will probably miss out the most important detail of the whole point. So what will happen to you? You fail to be a good Leader. Thinking that you are doing right when actually you have done wrong. Oppsss!
That will be a shame especially when you are carrying a name and a so called position. Now we go to Hearsay (Tsismis/Gossip) this is commonly happening everywhere anytime. But don’t you know that there is some half-truth in every story? For Gossip has three side of a story. The Suspect, The Victim and The Judge (the hearer/audience).
Its entire version of a story shed a light to the Truth. Assumption: Well Assumption is never Evidence. Whatever thought that runs to your head will never be true not until you have evidence and witness willing to testify with you.
Maharlika Livelihood Complex Unified Tenants Incorporated with General Manager Rufino Panagan of Human Settlement Development Corporation or HSDC had a meeting last Wednesday Nov. 6, 2019. GM Rufino Panagan assured MLCUTI that they will be given a Notice to renew their Contract as Lessee of Maharlika Livelihood Center with equality and to correct miscommunication inside his Office immediately. Panagan said that “Pag nagkamali ang anak, dapat hindi kunsintihin ng Ama. Kaya bilang ama kailangan itama ang pagkakamali ng anak.”
Moreover, Panagan also clarified the Contruction inside Maharlika will not affect their Business and No need to vacate their shop as what was written on the notice given to some tenants but just to take extra precaution for safety purposes for what they are doing is only for the betterment (rehabilitation) of Maharlika as the heart (Center Piece) of the City.
However, some concern citizens and tentants request for a right permit first before such construction of some structures shall push through inside Maharlika if safety and protection is what we all aiming for. Project Manager of Maharlika Livelihood Center is yet to answer.
