Luckily no one was killed in this vehicular accident below the flyover along the Baguio General Hospital on November 6, 9:28pm, when a ten wheeler truck that was carrying aggregates lost its brakes while going down Kennon Road coming from Marcos Highway hitting a container van and pinning a parked taxi. The taxi and truck drivers had to be rescued inside their severely mangled cabins. While the driver and passenger of the container van escaped with minor injuries. JJ LANDINGIN
