The Kaaruba Transport Service Cooperative received its Provisional Authority from the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to operate their 12 Modernized Public Utility Vehicles under the public modernization program in the city for the Baguio Plaza – Trancoville Route.
The awarding was held on July 28, at the Don Bosco School Grounds.
