Governor Melchor Diclas with Vice Governor Ericson Felipe and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Abner Lawangen turned over a penetrator fire truck to Sablan Mayor Alfredo Dacumos Jr. during the flag raising ceremony at the provincial capitol on Monday, July 25, 2022. Governor Diclas said the provincial LGU released P3.8 million to augment the funds available for the Sablan LGU for the procurement of a P4.4-million firetruck.
