The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), headed by Governor Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III, together with Board Member Abraham Rimando, Assistant Provincial Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Officer Alvin Cruz, received a one-unit ambulance and 3,000 Food Packs for the affected families by Typhoon Maring relief packs from Pitmaster Cares Foundation on November 23, 2021, at the Capitol Grounds, City of San Fernando, La Union.
