NINE SABLAN GOV’T EMPLOYEES RECEIVE LOYALTY SERVICE AWARDS

Nine employees of this town were recently recognized for their loyalty in government service. Mayor Alfredo Dacumos, Jr led other town officials in giving the awards to the local employees starting with their length of service, marking the 124th Anniversary of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) with its theme ‘ Transforming Public Service in the Next Decade: Honing Agile and Future-Ready Servant-Heroes.’ Among the loyalty awardees are: For 37 years of service- Connie Tenenan; 35 years- Susan Marcos; 30 years – Ramon Anacioco and Mariette Olayan; 25 years-Charles Ciano; 15 years – Teresita Dumpit and Carlo Santa; and 10 years Jonardine Tamalnoc and Lucena Palasi.

On the special day, some awardees expressed their gratitude to all who in any way guided and supported them in
their chosen field of work through the years. In his message, Mayor Dacumos praised the awardees for their unwavering dedication and commitment in serving the community as well as the public in general. Dacumos rallied town employees to continue serving their community, stressing his campaign promise to bring government service closer to barangays.

CSC -Cordillera Director Fernando Mendoza, who was the guest of honor, scored the accomplishments of his agency and outlined its programs and projects to sustain the quality of service, pointing digitalization efforts to maximize in serving the public. Homemade and native foods were served for snacks and lunch to mark the special day and followed by a simple festive later on the day amid heavy rains which did not dampen everybody’s spirit.
