No. 5 Top most wanted person in Tubao, La Union arrested

BAGUIO CITY- Baguio City Police Station 10 reported on Monday the arrest in Baguio City of one (1) Top Most Wanted Person of Tubao, La Union (Municipal Level). City Director PCOL ALLEN RAE F CO identified the suspect as ARNOLD DUMAL-IS AFROILAN, 43 years old, driver & contractor, native of Sigay, Ilocos Sur.
He was nabbed in his residence at No. 22 Adarna St., Dizon Subd., Baguio City on December 21, 2020 at about 1:15 PM thru the service of Warrant of Arrest by joint operatives of BCPO Station 10 led by PLT STEVE VINCE APONDAR REMOT; Tubao MPS led by PCPT RONALD ALLAN A RUPISAN; CIU; and Station 2.
The warrant was issued on December 16, 2020 by HON. ETHELWOLDA A. JARAVATA of RTC, First Judicial Region, Branch 32, Agoo, La Union for violation of Sec 11, Article II of RA 9165 docketed under CC Nr. A-8783 with bail bond amounting to P200,000.
Subject person is currently under the custody of PS 10 for documentation prior turn-over to the issuing court. PCOL CO said that BCPO remains steadfast in accounting all wanted persons.
