Tourists enjoy the sea waves in San Juan ,La Union as it is known as the “Surf Capital of the North” due to its amzing waves that is only in this town of the province . San Juan town in La Union is now preparing for the influx of tourists comes October 28 onwards local residents here are also preparing to accomodates tourists coming from various places . Ariel Manzano, a local transient house owner here in Urbitztondo ,San Juan La Union said that businesses are now starting to cope up as they were hit by the Pandemic for alomst 3 years. But with the opening of La Union province to local and foreign tourists the “surf capital” again back to its life.
