The International Association of Lions Clubs District 301-C Northern Philippines Baguio Family and Friends Lions Club (BFFLC) conducted an outreach activity for Disaster, Relief & Humanitarian program at Barangay General Emilio F. Aguinaldo (GEFA) Lower QM on September 10, 2021 with the presence of Michael M. Mariñas (red shirt) Punong Barangay (GEFA) hand over to Engr.
