Sangui at 1:44 in the afternoon. The fire was brought under control by 2:27 p.m. and was declared fire out at 2:33 p.m. The blaze was quickly extinguished in 6 minutes, preventing any loss of life or

Further, other private brigades including 911 On Call, Regional Office BFP, Provincial Fire Office, PNP, Sunshine Fire Brigade, and private water deliveries augmented the quenching of the fire.
Based on the initial investigation of BFP-Baguio, the fire may have started on the ground floor at the back of the building and affected other parts of the structure, which severed the convenience store.
