Eagerly waiting for their plates to be filled with different nutritious food for lunch last February 28, 2017. Panteknaan are some of the pupils of Dalingoan Elementary School, Dalingoan, Sinacbat, Bakun, Benguet. Panteknaan is a program initiated by Barangay Nutrition Council of Barangay Sinacbat, wherein all school children shall enjoy eating different delicious & nutritious foods prepared by their parents.

The main purpose of it to children is to have once enjoyable meal (lunch) with their parents that will eventually avoid malnutrition. The said Panteknaan happens once in every two months in all schools within Barangay Sinacbat, Bakun, Benguet. Antonio B. Lantaen
