Partnership for food and health security
Salvador S. Salacup, former Assistant Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, was the guest speaker during the opening program of the 32nd Charter Anniversary of the Benguet State University on January 29 with the theme, “Food and Health Security through Convergence with Glocal partners”. He congratulated Benguet and Mountain Province for continuing to be the top producer of highland vegetables in the Philippines.
