The Department of Social Welfare and Development Office Cordillera (DSWDCAR) held its Financial Assistance payout for the second batch of beneficiaries on May 4, 2023. A total of
469 beneficiaries who were victims of the Baguio City Public Market Fire were identified by the City Social Welfare and Development Office led by Ms. Liza Bulayungan. Each beneficiary received an amount of Php 10,000 to support the rehabilitation of their livelihood.
