Mt. Province Provincial Police Office Director Allen Ocden challenged the candidates of the May 14 Barangay and SK election to strongly dedicate themselves as public servants, not to see the position as “Paglagbowan” (employment), and not to do illegal activities during the Peace Caravan and Covenant Signing jointly conducted by Comelec and Bauko police before the election.
