We have once again intensified La Union as the Regional Office Hub in Region 1 as we attended the groundbreaking ceremony of both Department of Health (DOH) and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Region 1 Offices, Senator Imee R. Marcos,Governor Rafy Ortega-David, Vice Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega, Congressman Paolo Ortega -Paower, Vice Mayor ng City of San Fernando, VM ALF Ortega at ang mga Sangguniang Panlungsod – City of San Fernando, La Union; Hon. Kyle Nisce, Konsehal Luzan Ortega Valero, Konsehal Jonathan Justo “Jay-Jay” A. Orros, Konsehal Rudy Abat at Konsehal Macky Ducusin, and of course the representatives of DOH RO1 and NBI RO1.
