Aide IV; and Arvin Jay G. Ynot, Administrative Aide I. From the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator, Ronald P. Cabrillos, Project Development Officer III; Jerome C. Orate, Administrative Officer IV; Louis David Q. Garcia, Statistician II; and Jomarry G. Hipolito, Statistician I.
