Barangays Ubbog in Bangar and Al-alinao Norte, in Naguilian, La Union including two Provincial Nurseries are now more capable of the proper management of biodegradable and agricultural wastes after the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) turned over to them bio-shredders and dual drum composter on June 20, 2022, at at the Mabanag Compound, City of San Fernando, La Union.
