Mayor Belen T. Fernandez and focal person Dr. Windy Balingit-Bernardo visited the awardees of the search for Platinum Baby. A total of 14 babies were delivered within the prescribed period in different hospitals and birthing centers in Dagupan City. The winners were given gift packs and gift certificates which were personally handed over by the mayor last June 20, 2017. Platinum Baby is an undertaking by the LGU in celebration of Agew na Dagupan and to promote maternal healthcare and encourage increased availment of prenatal, natal, and postnatal services among expectant mothers.
