President and Commander-in –Chief of the Armed Forces Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. hands the Presidential Saber to Cadet First Class Warren Leonor, the valedictorian, during the Philippine Military graduation rites at Fort Del Pilar, Baguio City on May 21,2023. The Lipa City, Batangas native topped the 310 graduates of ‘MADASIGON’ (Mandirigmang May Dangal Simbolo ng Galing at Pagbangon) Class of 2023.
