Ortega III discusses the importance of technology in implementing the programs, projects and activities of the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) during a meeting with Globe Telecom President and CEO Ernest L. Cu and company on October 22, 2019 at the Diego Silang Hall, Capitol Building, City of San Fernando, La Union. Discussed in the meeting were ways that Globe Telecom can assist PGLU in improving their services to the constituents.
