Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan together with Chairman Erdolfo Balajadia and Chapter Administrator Anastacia Tamayo of the Philippine Red Cross Baguio City Chapter awarded the certificates of recognition to blood donors held at SM City Baguio atrium last August 23. To date, a total of 984 blood units were donated by the blood galloner club awardees to the Philippine Red Cross Baguio City Chapter. PR
