Non-government organizations students from various schools and members of the Cordillera Peoples Alliance, Tongtongan Ti Umili and Anakbayan holds a protest rally at the Igorot Park voicing out their opposition to the resolution of the Regional Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee to conduct “tokhang style” among personnel from government, including media to shun supports to the Communist Party of the Philippines and New Peoples Army.
