Guest speaker Dr. Josefina B. Bitonio, Regional Director CDA, La Union together with Provincial Vice Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega, Gerald G. Ostrea – SPM, Chairman, Committee on Cooperatives, Gemma N. Macusi-Community Affairs Officer IV led the ribbon cutting during the 2019 Cooperative Month Celebration as the “Cooperative is a tool for the help of the government to reach the constituents, prospective especially those who are agri-business, helping small industries and businesses they are most effective that will be given assistance” Vice Governor said.
The Cooperative pledge led also by Bernie C, Membrere – PCDS – CDA La Union. The Theme: “COOPERATIVISM” – A Countervailing Force Against Climate Change and Violent Extremism Through People Empowerment to Trailblaze Shift in Paradigm Towards Sustainability and Social Inclusion” Held at Agri-tourism Center (Pasalubong Center), San Fernando City, La Union on October 21, 2019.
