Provincial Administrator Jennifer Joan O. Maguiat receives La Union’s consolation prize for the 2017 Rice Achievers Award from the Department of Agriculture at the Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union on May 9, 2019 for being one of the nominees for the Provincial Category.
