Dedicated to ensure the welfare of children while learning, Baguio City Councilor Francisco Roberto Pacoy Ortega VI visited schools in the city in support to Brigada Eskwela, a vision of the Department of Education through the program to provide every child access to proper school facilities and foster an environment that is conducive to learning. “We hope to give these children in Irisan National High School a beautiful, clean, and safe place to learn and start a bright future,” said Pacoy VI, who donated paints, brushes, and snacks among others.
