Baguio City Vice Mayor Faustino A. Olowan representing City Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong, seeking advise on the Revised Charter of the City of Baguio visited the Senate the issue on the revision of the Charter of Baguio City reportedly delayed it was supposed to be started in 2022 before it will be signed into law.
