The Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) conducted a fullscale simulation exercise involving different emergency response groups from volunteer ambulance teams, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), The City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO), SWAT, Bomb Squad, City Mobile Teams and SOCO, of possible incidents that occur during the Baguio Flower Festival slated next week.
