Cordillera leaders led by Kalinga Governor James Edubba, Mountain Province Governor Bonifacio Lacwasan Jr., Cordillera Peoples Liberation Army Chairman and Boliney Mayor Ronald Balaoas and Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPPAPRU) Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. led the gong beating during the commemoration of the 36th Sipat Peace Accord at the historic Mount Data Hotel in Bauko, Mountain Province on September 13, 2022.
