Despite the threat of Covid-19, SM front liners continue to offer their services to customers who wish to get their basic goods and essential needs from the Supermarket while observing social distancing and health protocols to prevent the spread of the virus.
The management is grateful to them that aside from their regular compensation, the SM front liners and skeletal workforce will also receive premium pay. All security guards and janitorial staff will receive financial assistance of Php 5, 000 with protective gear, meals, and transportation.
