The Department of Health-Cordillera launched the surgical caravan in a signing of agreement last June 21, 2017 at the BGHMC garden with the theme “ToDOH Alaga, may TSekAP na, may Operasyon pa”. The program targets the poorest of the poor to avail free services nationwide.
