High school students from Pugo National High School showcase their talent with the use of indigenous and recycled materials during the showdown competition of the 4th Tinungbo Festival held as part of the 108th Foundation Day celebration of the town of Pugo in La Union over the weekend.
Tinungbo is an indigenous way of cooking rice and fresh water fish and other local delicacies using light young bamboo internode, locally called as tubong, grilled over charcoal or low fire.
