Adding-attractions to One Town, One Product (OTOP), Mayor Clarita Sal-ongan and indigenous farmers proudly show locally grown ava (taro) product during the opening of the festival held on Sept 26 at the municipal grounds. Tuba officials show unity promoting the product.
